I love books. All books. All sizes. All types.
I spend my days thinking about books, reading books, writing books and (sometimes) wishing I lived in a book.
I am the ‘head honcho’ at Read by Renee (storyteller, book reviewer, book themed workshops, creative instillations).
I’m the ‘lead performer’ at Faraway Storytelling (children's storytelling and book themed activities).
I’m a ‘crew member’ at the most magical bookstore in all of the land Collins Booksellers on Lydiard - (check it out for yourself). This is where I get to use my marketing and events skills to plan author events, conduct interviews and coordinate social media promotions.
And - amongst other things - a mamma bear to three kiddies and wife to a lovely husband.
If you see me in the street, I’ll probably be whimsically wishing I was living in the magic faraway tree whilst wrangling children, life duties and a coffee. And maybe two dogs.
